Assistant Manager - The role

As Assistant Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the daily operations of their city centre building, ensuring everything runs smoothly while delivering an outstanding experience for residents and team members alike.

Assistant Manager - Key responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day building operations as part of a collaborative management team.
  • Leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing team with a strong focus on people development and engagement.
  • Overseeing health and safety compliance and maintaining the highest operational standards.
