You'll work closely with seasoned negotiators and marketers, qualifying leads, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Trainee Lettings Negotiator Responsibilities:
- Add leads to the Dynamics CRM system from various channels (portals, website, social media, phone, live chat, WhatsApp, email, affiliates, and database).
- Be the first point of contact for inbound calls.
- Respond to Live Chat and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Qualify leads by contacting them via phone, email, and WhatsApp to ensure they are ready for negotiators.
- Maintain high lead quality by recording all necessary information.
- Provide regular feedback to marketing on common questions and issues.
- Distribute qualified leads fairly to the negotiators.

- Confident with a professional phone manner and the ability to work independently.
- Quick learner with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow and succeed.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30 (City Centre Manchester Office)
A Basic Salary of up £25,000
